I'm still working at Optix Digital Picture and Sound. After my two month internship ended, they hired me on full-time, and I've been working there throughout the summer.

I've been working both in the audio and video departments. In audio, I'm doing prep for ADR sessions and cutting the sessions once they're done. In video, I've been training in the tape room, learning to use digital tape machines to create final deliverables for shows. It's great to learn new things!

Optix is a great place to work - everyone gets along well and I'm really enjoying it. It looks like we're going to be quite busy come fall - should be exciting!
